First Work/Live Building in Miami

The design features exposed architectural block as its primary facade material and weather barrier encased in exposed concrete frames. This showcased the building’s true tectonics and invert the typical Wynwood Arts District building through internalizing the artwork with the use of colored window shades. Cube Wynwood is also designed to be a true passive South Florida building with exterior corridors and lobbies through the use of a passive naturally ventilated chimney.
